GREENLIGHT RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE: GR)(OTCBB: PRZCF)(FRANKFURT: PH0), is pleased to announce that it has commenced testing bulk till samples for potential economic quantities of placer gold. The program continues the work conducted by Ayarco Gold in 2005 which identified an area on the east side of the Kemptville Gold Property containing significant quantities of gold throughout the overburden profile. Raw till samples from this program identified grades up to 0.49 grams per tonne with a recovery rate of up to 93.9%. Channel sampling of one of these sites returned approximately 500 ppb (parts per billion) Au (gold) over a 3 meter thick exposure of till. The current program will conduct controlled testing of bulk samples of this till in order to determine if there is sufficient gold to warrant an alluvial gold operation.

Three samples of the till, weighing about 600 kilograms will be taken as a channel sample from the prospective area. The sample will then be taken to the Mineral Engineering Center at Dalhousie University for Au separation work. The till will be scrubbed to remove the clay fraction and then put through a spiral separation unit to obtain a pre-concentrate. A gold concentrate will then be produced from the pre-concentrate on a Wilfrey table. If the results of this program indicate gold in economic concentrations in the till, several other sites have been selected for follow-up testing. Readers are cautioned that additional work will be required to determine if an alluvial gold operation will be economically feasible.

The gold property, located north of the village of Kemptville, encompasses one of Nova Scotia's historic gold mining districts, and is less than a 20 minute drive along a paved highway from Greenlight's Brazil Lake property.
