GVG Grenville Gold Corp. (delisted)

Grenville Gold Corporation ("Grenville" or "the Company"), (TSX VENTURE:GVG)
(PINK SHEETS:GVLGF) (FRANKFURT:F9I) (WKN:A0KELU) announces it is proposing to
raise up to $ 250,000 by the issuance of up to 2,500,000 units of Grenville
priced at $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of
Grenville and one full share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.10
for a period of two years from the date of issue.


All securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold
period from the date of issue. Grenville may pay a finders' fee consisting of
cash/securities of the issuer, or a combination thereof in connection with the
offering up to 10%. The proceeds of the proposed offering will used for general
working capital. This transaction is subject to final documentation and approval
of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Grenville's Silveria Silver-Zinc-Lead Copper Project covers a total of 6,188
Hectares and is located approximately 80 kilometers east of Lima, Peru near the
