HTC HTC Purenergy Inc

HTC Purenergy ("HTC" or "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:HTC), today announced it has
completed the previously announced acquisition of Carbon Rx Inc., a leader in
the monetization of carbon credits. HTC issued 346,000 common shares ("Shares").
The Shares issued are subject to a hold period under applicable securities law
until July 11, 2009.
