ICT Isee3D Inc.

ISee3D Inc. ("ISee3D" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ICT) today announced that,
subject to Exchange approval, it has agreed to grant options to purchase an
aggregate of up to 275,000 common shares at a price of $0.56 per share,
exercisable for a period of five years, to certain, officers, employees and
consultants of the Company.


The options and any common shares issuable upon exercise of the options will be
subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of grant.
