ISee3D Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ICT) a leader in the development of unique 3D image
capture technologies, today announced the resignation of Nathan Pollak as a
member of the Board of Directors, citing increased demands from his other
business interests.


"We would like to thank Nathan for his contribution to the Company as a member
of our Board over the past year," commented ISee3D CEO Terry Debono. "Nathan has
been a fantastic resource for the company, and we wish him the best in all his
future endeavors."


ISee3D will announce the appointment of a new Director to replace Nathan Pollak
at its upcoming 2012 Annual General Meeting.
