Latigo Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LTG.P) ("LCC" or the "Corporation")
announced today that Mr. Warren Coates has resigned as Chief Executive Officer
and a director of LCC. Mr. Coates has accepted employment that requires he
resign from all director and officer positions with public companies. The
Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Coates for his contribution to the Corporation
and wishes him well in his future endeavours. Mr. Ric Charron, a director of
LCC, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of LCC.


LCC is also pleased to announce that Mr. Mark Kornak has been appointed as a
director of the Corporation, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange")
approval. Mr. Kornak has been an advisor and investor in several startup
companies since 2001. From 1984 to 2001, Mark was a partner and Chief
Information Officer with Boardwalk Equities in Calgary. After leaving Boardwalk
in 2001, Mr. Kornak was Vice President Software Development of Teamplate Inc., a
provider of business process workflow solutions. Mr. Kornak also has extensive
experience in the technology field, having successfully received licensing from
the CRTC for a CLEC and BDU (cable television) company.


LCC, a capital pool company within the meaning of the policies of the Exchange,
was incorporated in April 2007 and was listed on the Exchange in October 2007.
LCC does not have any operations and has no assets other than cash. LCC's
business is to identify and evaluate businesses and assets with a view to
completing a Qualifying Transaction under the policies of the Exchange.
