Company effective April 9, 2024, and
the Board of Directors has accepted his resignation. The Company
would like to thank Mr. Lin for his contributions throughout his
tenure as director of the Company.

of Canada in each province and
territory of Canada. In addition,
the Company provides commercial security equipment installation and
maintenance services to a variety of customers in North
America.
