MONTREAL, QUEBEC - AntOro Resources Inc. wishes to announce the nomination of Mr. Marcel Bedard, C.A., and Mr. Jean-Louis Robert, Ph. D., P. Geo., both from Quebec City, QC to its Board.

Mr. Marcel Bedard is a Chartered Accountant and Partner in the accounting firm of MDCB, Chartered Accountants, in Quebec City, QC. He has been a practicing CA since 1965. He has been a Director of Robex Resources Inc. since February 1986 and Chairman since 2004. He also was on the Board of Directors of: Veinor Resources Inc. and Raymor Resources Inc. He brings to AntOro an extensive experience in the field of accounting and financings as well as the fruit of his experience that comes from being on the Board of public Junior mineral exploration companies for almost twenty-two years. Mr. Bedard will act as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Jean-Louis Robert is a well-known geoologist active in the industry since 1963. He was the founding Director of Robex Resources Inc. and a Director from June 1989 to December 2004 at which time he resigned to pursue other activities. He was the founding President and Director of Veinor Resources Inc., he was also a Director of Raymor Resources Inc. and Aylmer Mines Ltd. all of them public companies. Mr. Robert brings to AntOro an extensive experience in the exploration and development of mineral properties worldwide as well a lengthy and respected experience in the management of small public exploration companies. He will act as the Company's Qualified Person under National Instrument NI43-101.

Mr. Bedard and Robert will sit as Independent Directors.

On November 01, 2007 Mr. Yvan Dubuc, a Director, was nominated as President in replacement of Mr. Bogdan Damjanovic who resigned as President of AntOro due to personal commitments.

Mr. Keith Shrouder has been nominated as the Chief Financial Officer for AntOro as Mr. Martin Nicoletti resigned January 31, 2008. AntOro thanks Mr. Nicoletti for his assistance over the last year. Mr. Shrouder is a graduate of Concordia University with a B.Comm. in Accounting and brings a wealth of knowledge from over 40 years in accounting. Mr. Shrouder was the Canadian Corporate Controller for Sealy Canada Inc, the Canadian division of Sealy Inc. USA from 1998 to 2004 where his expertise resulted in significant growth for the company.
