AntOro Resources Inc. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has filed on SEDAR its Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ending May 31, 2007, as well as its August 31, and November 30, 2007 un-audited quarterly financial statements. Together with these statements, it has filed the respective Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") and the CEO and CFO Certificates for each statements.

The Company is now current with the provincial securities regulators of Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec. It has asked each of them to revoke the Cease-Trading Order that they issued stopping any securities transactions on securities issued by the Company because of its failure to respect the Continuous Disclosure regulations.

The Company is continuing its efforts to resolve the suspension of trading on its shares.
