Pacific Safety Products Inc. ("PSP" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PSP)
announced today that, further to its press release dated June 24, 2013, it
completed the issuance of an aggregate of 1,050,000 common shares in
satisfaction of an aggregate of $52,500 of indebtedness. The issued common
shares will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date
of issuance.
