Interactive Corp. ("Rare Method"), TSX-V: RAM, announces the
cancellation of its special meeting of Rare Method shareholders
which was scheduled to be held on March 22,
2013 and expects that a revised date for a special meeting
of Rare Method shareholders will be scheduled for a date in May,
2013.
The purpose of the special meeting is to seek
shareholder approval of a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement")
announced on January 9, 2013 among
Rare Method, Rare Method shareholders and eMedia Networks
International Corporation ("eMedia"). Rare Method and eMedia
intend to proceed with the Arrangement. Rare Method intends
to set the date of the special meeting when it is in a position to
file its audited financial statements for its year ended
June 30, 2012 and the interim
financial statements for the periods ended September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2012.
