RAM Rare Method Interactive Corp

Roumell Asset Management, LLC ("RAM"), announced today that it had acquired an
additional 787,808 common shares of Sandstorm Metals & Energy Ltd. (the
"Issuer") during the month of December, 2013. 


As of December 31, 2013, RAM held a total of 6,426,528 common shares of the
Issuer on behalf of accounts over which it exercises investment authority,
corresponding to approximately 18.54% of the total outstanding common shares. 


The securities of the Issuer were acquired for investment purposes. Depending
upon the circumstances, RAM may, from time to time, acquire additional
securities or related financial instruments of the Issuer or dispose of all or a
portion of the securities or related financial instruments of the Issuer
previously acquired.
