Sherbrook SBK Sport Corp (TSX VENTURE: SBK) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Stephane Waite, the current Chicago Blackhawks Goalie coach.

According to the agreement, SBK will be the official equipment supplier to 6 elite hockey schools namely in Germany, Czech Republic, 2 in the USA and 2 in Canada. Stephane and his brother Jimmy Waite have been instrumental in the development of the goalie equipment manufactured by SBK. Jimmy Waite was the number 1 round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in 1987.

According to the company, SBK Germany, which is based in Fussen, currently deals directly with over 8 professional teams through SBK Germany's President, Omar Rona. Some of the teams in the Bundesliga and the Oberliga include the SERC Wild Wings, the Ravensburg Tower Stars and Adendorf EC to name a few.
