Seair Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SDS) announced today that, pursuant
to its Stock Option Plan, it intends to grant incentive stock options to certain
directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Corporation to purchase up
to an aggregate of 3,225,000 common shares in the capital stock of the
Corporation. The incentive stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.15 per
share, except for the 750,000 incentive stock options to be issued to Seair's
incoming CEO, which shall be issued at the TSX Venture Exchange closing price on
the business day prior to the commencement date of his employment. The incentive
stock options will expire on January 30, 2019. 


The grant of incentive stock options is subject to receipt of all requisite
regulatory approvals, including, without limitation, the approval of the TSX
Venture Exchange.
