SNI.PR.A Sonor Investments Ltd

Sonor Investments Limited (TSX VENTURE:SNI.PR.A) today reported that it has
refiled its financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011.


The refiled financial statements contain the Unaudited Consolidated Statements
of Changes in Shareholders' Equity which were not included in the original
filings.


In addition, the values of the opening retained earnings in the Unaudited
Consolidated Statements of Retained Earnings and Accumulated Other Comprehensive
Income have been adjusted to reflect the correct balances under International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In the same statement, the amount of
unrealized gains on available for sale financial assets arising during the
period were adjusted to reflect the correct balances of accumulated other
comprehensive income for the three months ended March, 31, 2011.
