Sentinel Rock Oil Inc. ("Sentinel Rock") (TSX VENTURE:SNT). Sentinel Rock
entered into a letter of intent dated December 22, 2010 with Sundance Energy
Corporation ("Sundance Energy" or "the Company") wherein the two companies
intend to complete a business combination (the "Proposed Transaction"). The
Proposed Transaction was announced in a news release on January 17, 2011.
Sentinel Rock and Sundance Energy have entered into an agreement to extend the
completion date for due diligence and the date for entering into a formal
agreement until Friday, February 4, 2011. In addition, Sentinel Rock is pleased
to advise that its application to the TSX Venture Exchange for exemption from
sponsorship requirements in connection with the Proposed Transaction has been
granted effective today. Accordingly, trading in the shares of Sentinel Rock
will re-commence on or about Thursday, January 27, 2011.
