Stephen Sadler announces that he has acquired 5,000,000 common shares of STT
Enviro Corp. (formerly Semcan Inc.) ("STT") on the conversion of a convertible
debenture previously acquired in April of 2011. Mr. Sadler currently owns 14.15%
of the issued and outstanding common shares of STT.


The common shares referred to above are held for investment purposes and Mr.
Sadler and/or one or more of his affiliates may, depending on market and other
conditions, increase or decrease his/its beneficial ownership of common shares
or other securities of STT whether through market transactions, private
agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise.
