The Silver Recycling Company Inc. (NEX BOARD:TSR.H) ("Silver Recycling") has
granted to senior officers, head office and subsidiary employees of the Company,
incentive stock options to purchase 811,000 shares of Silver Recycling at an
exercise price of $0.60 per share expiring on June 6, 2013. All of these options
shall vest in equal installments on a quarterly basis over a three year period
from the date of issuance.
