Titan Uranium Inc (TSX VENTURE:TUE)(FRANKFURT:T4X) is pleased to announce that
the Technical Report, required under NI 43-101 to support Titan's press releases
dated March 4, 2010 and April 12, 2010, has been filed on SEDAR. The report is
entitled "SHEEP MOUNTAIN URANIUM PROJECT, FREMONT COUNTY, WYOMING USA 43-101
MINERAL RESERVE AND RESOURCE REPORT."
