following board members at the Company's annual general meeting held on June 28,
2011: Harry Jaako, Nabil Kassam, James Lolley, Aly G. Mawji, Jim McInnis, Brian
Spilak and William Swisher. 


Following the annual general meeting, William Swisher was appointed as Chair of
Texada's board of directors. Mr. Swisher has been the Chief Executive Officer of
the Company since October 2010.
