Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSX VENTURE:USS) (the "Company") announces
that it has entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Wavefront(TM) to provide
its members with access to a variety of Uniserve Cloud Computing Services
through the Uniserve Cloud Portal, www.uniservecloud.com. 


In exchange for advantageous pricing models for Wavefront members coast to
coast, Uniserve will be the 'Preferred Cloud Provider" for the Wavefront
community and will continue to support Wavefront via participation in, and
sponsorship of, developer meetings, mash-ups and other events.
