White Bear Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:WBR) ("White Bear" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of three new officers.

Kelly Reichert, MBA, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and President of White Bear. Mr. Reichert has more than 15 years of experience in executive and operations management. Mr. Reichert served in the capacity of Executive Director and Director of Operations for the British Columbia Liberal Party from 1997 to 2011. Mr. Reichert was a senior aide to Premier Gordon Campbell and was part of the Premier's management team that led the organization to three consecutive provincial election victories.

Mr. Reichert previously acted as a management consultant for McLeod Williams Capital Corporation. McLeod Williams Capital Corporation focuses on the structuring, financing and managing of public mining companies.

Mr. Reichert holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University (Victoria, British Columbia) and a post-graduate diploma in Management Consulting from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business (Grenoble, France).

White Bear Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Cale Moodie, BSF, CA, as the Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Moodie acted as the Chief Financial Officer of Underworld Resources from 2008 until its acquisition by Kinross Gold Corp. in 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Moodie worked in public practice accounting at KPMG LLP's Vancouver Industrial Markets Group, where he focused on audits of mining and resource based companies.

White Bear would also like to announce the appointment of Sheryl Elsdon as the Corporate Secretary. Ms. Elsdon is currently the Corporate Secretary for Full Metal Minerals Ltd. and Entourage Metals Ltd. Ms. Elsdon has worked with Full Metal for the past seven years.

Byron Coulthard, White Bear's former President, CEO and Secretary, will continue with the Company as a director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Cyrus Driver, the Company's former Chief Financial Officer will also remain as a director.

White Bear is a mineral exploration and development company that holds the rights to explore and develop the Kundat Property and the Tsentral' Nyy Property, each located in the Kundat-Kundusuyulskaya ore zone in the Tisulskiy and Krapivinskiy Districts of the Kemerovo Region of the Russian Federation.
