White Bear Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:WBR) ("White Bear" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Darci Henrique Lindenmayer, P.Geo,
and Mr. Ricardo Damm De Franca, C.A., MBA, to its Board of Advisors. Mr.
Lindenmayer and Mr. De Franca will assist White Bear as the Company seeks to
diversify and expand its property portfolio through the acquisition of assets in
Brazil.


Darci Lindenmayer is a Professional Geologist with more than 40 years of
experience in the exploration and mining industry in Brazil. Mr. Lindenmayer has
a distinguished career. He headed up Vale's Exploration Division (DOCEGEO),
serving as the Superintendent of Exploration, and Director of Planning. Mr.
Lindenmayer also served as a Regional Director for the Brazilian Mining Agency
(DNPM), heading up four separate states that included: Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso
Do Sul, Goias, and Rio Grande Do Sul. Mr. Lindenmayer recently served as the
General Manager of Colossus Minerals in Brazil. In that role, Mr. Lindenmayer
was instrumental in securing DNPM licenses and obtaining an option agreement
with a major Brazilian mining company. Mr. Lindenmayer also served as the Vice
President of Exploration for Brasilca Mining Corporation.


Ricardo De Franca is a Chartered Accountant with almost 20 years of experience
as a financial and operations controller, administration manager and financial
advisor. Mr. De Franca has worked for several exploration and mining companies
in Brazil. He recently served as the Director of Finance for Colossus Minerals.
He was the Financial Controller for Kinross, Brazil and for Canico Resource
Corp., prior to its acquisition by Vale S.A. Mr. De Franca also served as a
Financial Advisor to Serabi Mining and Salinas Mining in Brazil.


Kelly Reichert, the President and CEO of White Bear, stated, "White Bear has
