provider, announced today that its common shares commenced trading
in the United States on OTCQX
International, a segment of the OTCQX marketplace, under the symbol
"WGIJF." The common shares of Wheels continue to trade on the TSX
Venture Exchange under the symbol "WGI."
In connection with commencement of trading through the OTCQX
market, Wheels announced that certain corporate information will
now be available via MarketScope Advisor of S&P Capital IQ, a
research engine used by more than 100,000 investment advisors
throughout North America.
In addition, certain corporate information of Wheels will be
available via the Stock Guide database of S&P Capital IQ, which
is distributed to all major quote vendors. A full description of
Wheels will be published in the Daily News section of Standard
Corporation Records, a recognized securities manual for secondary
trading in up to 38 states under applicable Blue Sky Laws.
