Windarra Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: WRA) - The Company announces
that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted under its
Incentive Stock Option Plan a total of 1,475,000 incentive stock
options to certain employees, officers, directors and/or
consultants at a price of $0.18 per share, exercisable for a period
of five years.
