XRM Xrm Global

xRM Global Inc. ("xRM Global") (TSX VENTURE: XRM), which has developed and operates the world's first on-demand, relationship management utility (the "xRM Utility"), has completed a grant of options effective today's date.

A total of 643,000 options have been granted to a total of 33 optionees including all employees of xRM Global Inc. and its subsidiaries as well as key contractors. Included in the grant were the following officers and directors of xRM Global:

       Gary Bartholomew, Chairman & CEO           53,000 options;
       Eric Leslie, Director                      8,500 options; and
       Jeff Patterson, Director & CFO             53,000 options.

Each option is exercisable to purchase one common share in the capital of xRM Global at a price of $0.73 per common share for up to five years from the date of grant. As part of xRM Global's overall compensation policy, 10% of the option grant vests on the date of grant and of the remainder, one-third vest on each anniversary date of the grant date over three years.
