Explanation of Responses:
(1)	This amendment to the original Form 3, filed on July 21, 2021 discloses a previously unreported transaction effected by or on behalf of the reporting person on October 31, 2019, the date on which the reporting person first acquired beneficial ownership of the Issuer's common stock. In addition, the original Form 3 is being amended to correct the total amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction.
(2)	The reporting person earns $2,500 worth of shares of common stock of the Issuer monthly, issuable on the last day of each month in the number based on the average per share closing price of the Issuer's common stock for that month.
