Announced changes to management
TUCSON, Arizona (February 25,
2013) – Bourque Industries, Inc. (OTC: BORK), a developer and
producer of metal alloy products (the “Company”), announced today
that John M. Bourque resigned as a member and Chairman of the
Company’s Board of Directors and as its Chief Science
Officer. Mr. Bourque
advised the Company that he made the decision to resign in order to
attend to personal matters.
Sean S. Floyd, the Company’s
President and Interim Chief Executive Officer, commented, “On
behalf of Bourque Industries, I would like to sincerely thank John
for his dedication, commitment and leadership.”
