Bunzl Plc (BNZL.LN), an international distribution and outsourcing Group, announced Friday that it has acquired Juba Personal Protection Equipment S.L. and Guantes Juba S.A. from Juan Bautista Barrios, Juan Pedro Barrios, David Barrios, Conchita Barrios and Susana Barrios.

-Juba, which is based near Logroño in the Rioja region, is a supplier of personal protection equipment, principally protective gloves and other workwear, to redistributors throughout Spain.
