China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) today announced its outsourcing services launched this year may succeed in signing approximately $60 million in total new business for 2009.

The Company grew to report over $40 million in revenue in 2008. This year, management began marketing outsourcing services to increase the Company's percentage of sales from recurring revenue and improve gross margins. China Crescent reported $17 million in revenue and an over 200% net income increase to $1.1 million for the first six months of 2009. The Company's sales are historically seasonal with its largest sales and profits usually occurring in the 4th quarter. With $45 million in recently announced outsourcing contracts or pending contracts, the Company is on track to achieve its forecasted $50 million in profitable revenue for 2009. The Company has recently announced a $30 million contract signed with Beijing Chuangzhitongda Technology Development and a letter of intent (LOI) agreement for a second outsourcing contract anticipated to deliver an additional $15 million in potential revenue. Management has a third outsourcing agreement in the works that could also be signed before the end of the year bringing the possible total in new outsourcing contracts to approximately $60 million by year-end.
