Clean Energy Pathways Elects Greg Clemons New President

The Board of Directors of Clean Energy Pathways (Pink Sheets:CPWY)
announced that it has elected Greg R. Clemons to become the
corporation's new President and CEO, replacing J. Michael Parsons
who is stepping down for health reasons and to attend to family
matters. Clemons has consulted for the company in the past and has
a diverse background in technology and renewable energy. Parsons
will continue to consult for the company as well.
Clemons has served in senior management positions at three
Fortune 500 companies: Sony Corporation, Belden Electronic Wire and
Cable (Cooper Industries), and Parker Hannifin. Most recently,
he served 22 years as General Manager/Senior Manager of Sony
Corporation in Dothan, Alabama. While serving as General
Manager, he led three separate divisions: Sony Magnetic Tape
Division, Sony Chemical Division, and Sony Print Media
Division. Mr. Clemons successfully guided the new products
group to the utilization of biofuels for the operation as a cost
savings measure.
Clemons' qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in
Production Management and Marketing from Jacksonville State
University and a Certified Quality Engineer credential (CQE) from
ASQC. He served as a mechanical and design engineer throughout
his professional tenure with the three corporations, and is an
inventor with 8 registered patents. He is a certified Energy
Auditor, Environmental Green Partner Auditor, and ISO9000/ISO14000
Auditor.
As President and CEO of Clean Energy Pathways, Clemons will use
his experience in renewable energy to lead the company forward on
several fronts, domestically and internationally, to enhance the
company's position in the market, building upon the base that has
been established.
