Carrefour SA said Monday that it has signed an agreement with Uber Technologies Inc.'s Uber Eats to roll out shopping deliveries across France and launch the service in Belgium.

The French retailer said the service, which is already available in the Paris region, will enable Uber Eats users across the country to get their shopping delivered in 30 minutes.

The service will also become available in Belgium's Brussels and Liege in September.
