Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (FRANKFURT: 4LQ),
producers of the world's most powerful water pumping windmill,
challenges all others to a direct, Windmill vs. Windmill test.
Recently it has come to the attention of the Dakshidin Corp.
that a competitor (Mr. Tom Conlon, President of Ironman Windmill
Co., Ltd based in Wuhan, China) has been quoted as stating that
"Dakshidin claims their windmill can do far more work than there is
energy available to do the work by about 280%." In Dakshidin?s
opinion it seems that it is obvious that he is using his own
Ironman Windmills as the benchmark. There were numerous other
unsubstantiated quotes as well however, in the interest of future
business for all concerned, Dakshidin issues the following
challenge:
Dakshidin's (Standard) Restec Mark 10 water-pumping windmill
will compete on a head-to-head basis with any other (Standard --
commercially available for sale) Multi-Blade, Water-pumping
windmill with a rotor diameter not to exceed 7 meters. This is to
take place on an independent test site, fully instrumented, with
equal boreholes and each windmill pumping from the same depth to
water, and the instrumentation and reported results will be
conducted by a third party agreed to by all.
Each windmill manufacturer will be responsible for providing
technicians for installing and certifying as to the proper
installation and operation of their windmill. During the duration
of the test each manufacturer will provide their own trained
personnel to address any possible need for maintenance. The third
party entity that will monitor the tests will include in its
reports any maintenance time required during the testing
period.
Prior to the test all the challengers (including Dakshidin
Corp.) will be expected to deposit USD 100,000 in a trust account
with a law firm agreed to by all. Upon completion of the test the
results will be published and all accrued monies will be awarded to
the company that produced the best performing windmill. In the
interests of fair play Dakshidin highly recommends that Mr. Conlon
revisits the results of the test performed by the Texas A&M
University Turbo-Machinery Laboratory as well as the Navaho
Indians.
