Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (FRANKFURT: 4LQ), producers of the world's most powerful water pumping windmill, challenges all others to a direct Windmill vs. Windmill test. Dakshidin Corp. issues the following response:

"Dakshidin would like to officially thank Tom Conlon and Ironman Windmills for responding to our side by side challenge and, at the same time, bringing to light what was previously and most obviously a private conversation between anonymous officials of the Wuhan government and him regarding the windmill test that is currently being set up. When we publically issued our challenge to all comers on March 16, 2009 we were completely unaware that Mr. Conlon had already officially thought of having one and, for the sake of expediency, we would appreciate the names of the government contacts he has been working with so as not to duplicate efforts. Both Dakshidin and Ironman seem to be in complete accord regarding having a windmill challenge and it also seems that our goals coincide so let's do this as efficiently as possible that we may all learn from the results. With regard to Mr. Conlon's concerns about the 'constrictive limitations' of our challenge, we are solely trying to set guidelines to ensure an equal contest and do not have any misgivings in relation to the actual specifics; only that they are completely fair so as to exact true and correct results.

"Please note that we feel that the winning windmill should be the one that is most physically proficient in category; after all, that is what the client is looking for and why we worded the challenge the way we did. It is also much simpler to judge that way. We also do not feel that 'the closest to' is a fair standard to use as it would handicap any windmill that surpassed its claims by a greater margin than others. It should also be readily apparent that, under these conditions (or actually lack thereof), the frontrunner in this competition would be able to state unequivocally that they produce the world's most powerful windmill in its class.

"With regards to the amount we chose as an 'entry fee,' the figure awarded would be an amount dependant on the number of entries and if, as Mr. Conlon stated, he feels the sum is too 'trivial,' entry fees are always posted as the minimum required to compete and he is very welcome to donate the amount that he feels is appropriate. Dakshidin is convinced that both the Wuhan government and the eventual winners will appreciate his largesse. Thank you Mr. Conlon for your generosity."
