Green Hygienics Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: GRYN) is pleased to announce the addition of David Harris to the position of Chairman of the Board and Don Hicks to the Advisory Board.

David Harris is a Senior Executive with a track record in transforming organizations and increasing profit. He is proficient in building sales and customer focused cultures and earned a reputation as a clear communicator who can align employees with a vision and lead change while remaining focused on business objectives. David earned a B. Comm. from the University of Alberta, 1977 and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. He is currently the National Accounts Executive for Great-West Life, Group Retirement Service and formerly has held senior executive roles such as the CEO for WANTSA Media (Canada) Inc., a Social Media technology & marketing company as well as, Vice President of Operation for Canadian Northern Shield Insurance Company.

Don Hicks is currently active in the oil and gas sector engaged in pipeline inspection for Enbridge. A graduate of the Southern Alberta's Institute of Technology with a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation in Petroleum Technology. Don worked with Flint Engineering Ltd for 16 years, he worked his way from pipeline and facility labour to Area Operations Manager. He has over 35 years' experience in the oilfield pipeline sector. Don has been Project Manager on projects ranging from $20 million to $2 billion dollars. His skills include large project construction management, Environmental Health and Safety supervision and design and implementation of reliable maintenance systems. Don's oilfield services background and business relationships will be pivotal in introducing clean technology solutions to the oilfield sector.
