Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS) today provided an alert that a significant, beneficial, and imminent development regarding a major corporate asset will be announced as final details are completed.

Healthnostics, Inc. received notice that the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") deposit chill on its common stock may be appealed by the Company. Therefore, an appeal is being filed.

Regarding the Special Distribution of InternetArray's (PINKSHEETS: INAR) common stock being distributed by May 31, 2012, shareholders should be aware that selling record-date stock prior to receiving the Distribution shares could result in the Distribution shares being forwarded to the acquiring brokerage account.

The Special Distribution was enacted to give Healthnostics shareholders the opportunity to participate in future InternetArray projects such as the recently-announced spinoffs of BidSellBuy, Inc., and Premier Gold Traders, Inc. This special distribution of InternetArray, Inc. common stock will entitle each Healthnostics stockholder to also receive pro rata shares of the INAR spinoffs. The spinoff companies are expected to be traded as fully reporting Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) stocks.
