--Nissan Motor Co. and Renault S.A. are finalizing the new terms of their capital tie-up as early as by the end of this month, Japanese daily Yomiuri reported Tuesday, without citing sources.

--Renault is likely to agree to lower its stake in Nissan to 15% from 43% currently, Yomiuri said.
