HILVERSUM, NETHERLANDS--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2014) - Readen Holding Corp. (OTC Pink: RHCO) (PINKSHEETS: RHCO) Nedfiber B.V. a 51% RHCO subsidiary, specialized provider of dark fiber connections and Ethernet services. The fiber-optic network extends throughout the Netherlands and beyond and is continuously being expanded. The Nedfiber team currently consists of 15 professionals. Nedfiber B.V. is based in the Innovatoren located in Venlo, The Netherlands.

In the Municipality of Steenbergen the industrial areas Reinierpolder I and II hold an infrastructure of 10 kilometers fiber optic. Over 40 companies are already connected and the infrastructure is able to supply 115 separate connections.

In the municipality of Bodegraven Business park Rijnhoek holds an infrastructure of 5 kilometers fiber optic.

The company aims to connect 250 business parks to its network in the coming years. The total invested value will be 125 million. At present 20 projects are already in face of completion.

Nedfiber B.V. is active in the construction and operation of FTTO networks in-house and rents these active infrastructures to all network service providers. The independent network enables Nedfiber to offer end users the freedom to choose for any service provider.

More than 25% of the Internet traffic for industrial areas and business parks in the Netherlands will be transported by Ned fiber's network in the next 36 months.
