Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority
shareholder of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids, Inc., has been notified
by the Arkansas Energy Department that HTI was not chosen as a
recipient of the Arkansas Green Technology Grant.
Charlton Coats, CEO of HTI, stated, "Naturally, we would have
welcomed being a recipient of the Arkansas Green Technology Grant.
However, being a project geared more toward the automotive
industry, it would have held a considerably smaller profit margin
for our company. Receiving the grant may have pulled our efforts
away from diligently pursuing the agriculture and OTR markets.
These are the industries which provide us profit margins that would
be the envy of any company. We will continue to pursue any and all
future available grants that fit our model, but it should be
understood that with the extremely rapid growth we are
encountering, our focus and concentration is on opportunities where
our profit margins most benefit our objectives and
shareholders."
Mr. Coats further stated, "Our third quarter financials are
completed and will be submitted to OTC Pinksheets as soon as
possible. Our third quarter was exceptional and is by far the best
quarter we have had to date. We are certain our shareholders will
see just how well we have progressed as well as the rapid growth we
are experiencing. While it's too early into Q4 to forecast our
guidance, we have already started the quarter exceeding our
expectations and we are thoroughly on track for another record
breaking quarter."
HTI is pleased to additionally report, as a result of our
greatly increased revenues, that we have completely funded Dong
Feng Motors for phase one of our Joint Venture Agreement for the
HOSS UTV production. This phase is for implementation of cosmetic
tooling, establishing the manufacturing procedure, as well as
securing the facility space required for production. Our engineers
are already in place and our parts vendors are being finalized and
secured. HTI currently has a representative in China ensuring that
the progress of the HOSS UTV program goes uninterrupted and
possibly even ahead of schedule, while continuing our ongoing
development of the remaining joint ventures previously
announced.
We are further excited to announce that HTI has received this
week our USA manufactured Kohler 3 cylinder 32 Horsepower diesel
engine that will be offered in our HOSS UTV line with our
supplemental hydrogen fuel system onboard. Our R&D engineers
are currently fitting the engine into our test UTV's. HOSS UTV's
will be the first production UTV to have such technology on
board.
Because of our extensive ongoing projects, some already
announced and many others that we have not yet, we are currently
constructing a shareholder mailing that will be sent out very
shortly via USPS to all of our shareholders. The purpose of this
mailing will be to further disclose to our shareholders more
intimately some of the opportunities we have been offered and
others we are pursuing, that are not yet publicly disclosed. We are
certain our shareholders will be excited as much as we are about
the direction we are headed. We encourage our shareholders to be on
the watch for this mailing and further company press releases which
we hope to release shortly. We welcome all shareholders inquiries,
and hope you visit our HTI Dealer at the Sunbelt Ag Expo in
Moultrie, Georgia October 19-21, 2010. HTI will also have corporate
staff on hand at this event to assist. More information about the
Expo can be found at http://www.sunbeltexpo.com/
