TGI Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG), diversified holding company, announced today that it has organized new subsidiary, Edgetech Systems Inc., to market recently acquired trading platform. Currently the system is being tested, for demo account visit www.edgetechsystems.com. Edgetech continues development of the system into a multi-asset class trading platform and is looking to add to it social environment for the traders to share information and ideas. The platform currently supports foreign exchange and contracts for difference transactions.

This purchase comes in light of recent developments, when TGI entered into an agreement with Worldlink Group plc, which has the patent protected technology platform for the transfer of real time financial and other data to mobile devices.
