US National Telecom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: USNL), announces that it has signed a letter of intent to engage the management services with Remax and Coldwell Banker to manage its future real estate investment properties in North Central and Central Florida markets.

US National Telecom Inc. over the past several months has completed due diligence on several firms that offer real estate management services throughout Florida. Remax currently has several hundred properties under management in Central Florida and Coldwell Banker also has over one hundred properties under management.

The definitive arrangements need to be clarified but services offered by these firms will be the general management of tenants, credit and background checks, day-to-day maintenance of the investment property, financial reporting, and lease contracts. The fees for such services range between 8-10% of the gross revenue.

CEO Rebecca Guthrie stated, "We look forward to our relationship with these firms. They have several years of past and current experience in the management of real estate properties. They also offer a great supply of existing inventory. Some properties that are for sale are currently tenanted, which offer our company great investment opportunities that come with existing cash flow in place."

US National Telecom, through its subsidiary Florida Bay Investments, Inc. plans to invest in cash flow properties in multiple real estate markets throughout Florida. The markets that have been targeted include Gainesville, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, and Jacksonville, Florida. Further acquisitions in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Palm Beach, Florida are also being considered in the due diligence currently underway.
