WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) announced today its Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 22, 2011, have agreed to receive shares from major shareholders and certain directors in an effort to reduce the number of shares outstanding. The Company hopes to reduce its outstanding shares significantly by at least twenty percent. Further, the directors approved management to pursue additional acquisitions of cable systems.
