The Ziegler Companies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ZGCO) is pleased to announce a price per share increase in its stock repurchase program in accordance with the provisions of Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act. It is the company's intent to purchase up to 25,000 shares of its common stock on a first come first serve basis per calendar quarter at a price of up to $20.00 per share of common stock. To the extent that the company purchases less than 25,000 shares in any given quarter, such un-purchased amounts will be added to the authorized shares available for purchase for each quarter going forward.

If the company fills its 25,000 quarterly goals, it will seek other buyers in order to satisfy shareholder requests and a director has adopted a similar Rule 10b5-1 program to be able to participate as an additional purchaser of any shares after the company satisfies the 25,000 share limit.
