INNOCOM to Acquire Production Facilities

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- INNOCOM
Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTC:INCM) (BULLETIN BOARD: INCM)
announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sky Talent
Development Limited, has entered into an initial agreement with the
Administrative Committee of the Changzhou Zhonglou Economic
Development Zone to establish a wholly-owned foreign enterprise
("WOFE") in Changzhou, China. Upon completion of registration, the
WOFE will purchase a 25,000-sq. meter building together with 64,000
sq. meters of land in the Changzhou Zhonglou Economic Development
Zone of Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China. The purchase
price is approximately $3.163 million USD (25 million Renminbi
[RMB].) Mr. William Hui, Chairman and CEO of INNOCOM said, "We plan
to set up a production plant for assembling mobile phone handsets
with a total production capacity of 1.5million units per year. The
estimated total cost of the project is approximately $4.5 million
USD, which we plan to finance through internal resources and/or
bank borrowings." "The new INNOCOM facility will provides INNOCOM
with production capabilities for our customers who have purchased
our Solutions," Mr. Hui added. "This added capability by INNOCOM is
