United Steelworkers and Canadian Pacific reach tentative contract agreement

CALGARY, July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Steelworkers,
Local 1976, and Canadian Pacific have reached a tentative
three-year contract settlement which extends to December 31, 2012.
The USW represents 1,100 employees at Canadian Pacific. The
Memorandum of Settlement will be sent to the union membership for
ratification. Details of the tentative agreement will be released
