Mylan Inc. (MYL) said Monday it settled a dispute with the Department of Justice for $121 million over how it classified certain Medicaid rebates.

Mylan said the settlement not only resolves the dispute but includes no admission or finding of any wrongdoing. The maker of generic drugs said that it will take a one-time charge of $83 million in the quarter ended Sept. 30.
