                           LEISURE BOOST FOR QUAESTOR

Quaestor has expanded its portfolio of leisure clients with new projects for
Chester Zoo and Red Letter Days, the gift experiences company. The Leeds-based
agency, which is part of eq group plc, has seen significant growth in the
leisure and tourism sector over the past 18 months.

A detailed 'usage and attitude' survey commissioned by Chester Zoo involved
members of Quaestor's team accompanying families during their day out to
investigate their likes, dislikes and overall satisfaction. This on-going
survey, including exit interviews, forms a significant part of the overall
research programme. To help provide the bigger picture, CATI interviews were
also undertaken to research barriers to visit and look at future marketing
activity within the zoo's main catchment area.

Chester Zoo, a registered charity owned by the North of England Zoological
Society, is using the findings to build awareness of its conservation work and
enhance the total visitor experience, making a family day at the zoo a much more
modern experience.

Quaestor has also been working with Red Letter Days on a thorough review of the
company's communication material including its main brochure, new experiences
supplement, gift pack and retail point of sale fixture. The research asked
specific questions about the branding, level of detail, ease of navigation,
usage and look and feel of the material from a customer perspective, with a view
to enhancing the purchase process.

As a result of the study, Red Letter Days received a detailed insight into the
minds of consumers from first-time enquirers to loyal customers. In addition,
Quaestor provided recommendations on specific aspects of the company's marketing
material with a view to refining subsequent editions.
