Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) announces that Pierre Guyot, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Board of his intention to resign as a director, with effect from 29 February 2020, for personal reasons.

The Board shall commence a search for a replacement Non-Executive Director.

Larry Pentz, Scapa's Chairman, said:
