Results of Annual General Meeting

Tower Resources plc (the "Company" or "Tower" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM listed oil and gas company with its focus on Africa, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting were duly passed. The voting in respect of each resolution was as follows:

Cancellation of Deferred Shares

Following the approval of shareholders at the AGM, all of the Deferred Shares of GBP0.00004, which were created at the 2016 Annual General Meeting and all of the B Deferred Shares of GBP0.00001, which were created at the 2019 Annual General Meeting as part of the reduction in the par value of the Company's Ordinary Shares and which have effectively no value, will be cancelled with effect from 8:00am on 7(th) July 2020.
