Shepherd Neame Limited (the
"Company") announces that it has purchased for cancellation
(through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") ordinary shares of 50p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange as
follows:

their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended),
